Rate limits
Limits are per account, global, and sized by plan. They share the credit reservation hop.
The AccountMeter Durable Object enforces a 60-second window aligned to the Unix minute. The limit comes from the plan (or a KV override). Hitting it returns 429 RATE_LIMITED with Retry-After in seconds.
A rate-limited response is not billed. Retry only after
Retry-After.Headers#
Billed responses include X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, and X-RateLimit-Reset.
